Sera talks about the episode finale, exploding Misha and whether Chuck is God. (no S6 spoilers)

Fav quotes:

when asked about who is God...

Don't ask me to squish the God debate! How many TV shows can say their fans are talking about THAT stuff?

Well, it was a great season finale - we really loved it.

It takes a village to explode Misha Collins like that. And in seriousness — I don't want to speak for everyone, but as someone who's been with the show since season one, the episode meant a lot to me

So LOST has only the finale to go now, and I am clinging like a bawling baby to it! I know many people gave up seasons ago, I'm probably most surprised that more didn't, and I am so glad I've stayed on board for this incredible ride.

There has never been a Show like LOST. It gets compared to Twin Peaks, but the only commonality is really the abstruse mytharc - and remember TP only went to for two seasons.

One reason I think LOST maintained the audience it did is because it is a show that was both incredibly character driven, but also deeply tied up in an intricate plot.

It immediately set up the Mystery of the Island, with big clues - it's healing properties, Smokey, polar bears, the hatch, the three toed statue - and all the little minute details for fans to obsess over (remember the shark with the Dharma symbol on it?).

But really what LOST has been is a character drama. We get to know these castaways, see how they respond in the challenging situation on the Island - and then slowly we get to see who they were back in their "normal" life. As time went on we saw these characters placed again and again in different situations - time jumps forward and back and now even sideways! - as ways of exploring them.
